Flowers for Spring....

Tomorrow is the first day of spring, and i cant wait!!
September is the month of happenings, new arrivals, and of course the budding of flowers everywhere.
Lily's, Tulips, Roses and many many more just to tempt your visual taste buds.
Monet's garden in Giverney is the most magnificent display of flowers the world has to offer.

Here is a sneak peek of what we saw in Paris on our last buying trip.
This colour is filtering through in the lingerie collections for spring/summer 2010.

My love of lingerie

My love of lingerie started at the young age of 18, when i was exposed to the french art of wearing beautiful and seductive lingerie and corsetry.

I was inspired to create my own "boudoir" of lingerie items, and thus opened up Sylvia Rhodes Lingerie in 1994.

This passion of mine has taken me to paris, the city of love, many times, for the lingerie fairs, and for seeking out the most divine items for the sophisticated woman's wardrobe.

French lingerie has the reputation of being the most exclusive and beautiful in the world.

I have started this blog to keep all inspired women who are into their lingerie wardrobe informed about the lastest and most beautiful lingerie on the market and in my store.

Eres Swimwear

Eres is a lingerie company that is part of the Chanel group... need i say more??

Eres has been around since 1967, when the innovative creator of the company called Iren, came up with the concept of swimwear made out of a certain type of fabric, that would be the leader of the swimwear market.

Eventually the company was bought out by Chanel, and now it has expanded worldwide, and in collaboration with Karl Lagerfeld, are taking the product to another level.

Their latest marketing campaign was a joint effort with Lagerfeld, and was very creative indeed, Chanel clothing on the outside, Eres lingerie underneath.

Simply smart.....
